easywamp not working in windows vista home premium

can you please let me know what are the system reqiurements for easywamp to run. iam able to download the easywamp on my machine but when i run the my files in www folder it say "localhost" cannot be found i have all the files on my machine i have installed the hotfix also and in services also apache is started.but i can't understand while running it doesn't work can you please let me know what is the problem.

Try using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost

unless you have mapped localhost in your hosts files...
